A dog who had been hit by a car, lay ignored and crumpled on the side of the road until he was rescued by three LAPD angels. The officers came upon him while on their way to the police station. When they tried to give him water, they were told by residents that he had been there for 4 or 5 hours. They quickly got him into the car and rushed him to the emergency vet clinic.
